We are thrilled to have you join us for your first Afternoon Tea experience at The French Tearoom (TFT)!
To ensure you have an enjoyable time, here are five tips to get you ready:

Dress to Impress: While there's no strict dress code, we want you to feel like royalty. We encourage you to express your personal style and let your attire complement the magical ambiance. To sprinkle a touch of wonder, TFT provides fancy hats for you to wear during your visit! Simply ask and get ready for many photo ops!

Arrival Time & Parking: To provide you with the utmost attention, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This will help us ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Review our Parking Guidelines.

Afternoon Tea Time: Once seated, our passionate staff will guide you through our curated fine tea selection and help you find your new favorite brew. Once your tea is poured, you'll be presented with a tiered stand of scrumptious treats. We recommend starting with the finger sandwiches, then moving on to the scones, and finally, indulging in the sweet treats at the top.
Dietary Notes:
At the moment, our kitchen is not nut and wheat free. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in advance. While we are not able to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we are committed to doing our best to provide suitable options or alternatives whenever possible.

Pinkies down & other tea etiquettes: There is no need to extend the pinkie finger deliberately. The idea is to hold the cup gracefully and comfortably while enjoying the tea. So, "pinkie down" is the more acceptable approach to tea drinking. Tea etiquette is about creating an atmosphere of grace, and enjoyment. So stir your tea quietly, avoiding clinking against the cup. Place your unfolded napkin on your lap and use it to dab your lips. Connect with your loved ones, keeping your voice at a conversational level to maintain a peaceful ambiance.
