The menu is thoughtfully timed for a larger group, featuring refined savory canapés, freshly baked scones with cream and jam, and artisan French pâtisseries, paired with a curated selection of organic loose-leaf teas. With expanded staff support, the flow remains smooth and unhurried, ensuring that hosting feels entirely effortless. Cancellation Policy
Maison XII and Maison XVIII are exclusive tearoom reservations and are secured with full payment at the time of scheduling. Start times are fixed, and reservations must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Once confirmed, your date is reserved solely for your party and is not eligible for refund. If you need to move your reservation, a one-time date change may be accommodated based on availability, with an administrative fee.
